Chef to help cater a wedding

Seeking chef to help plan and prepare a plant-based menu for a wedding. Menu will include seitan, tofu and tempeh. Wedding will take place in Ocean Grove for 58 guests on Saturday 9/7. I am a private chef and you would be assisting me. Previous experience with wedding menus a plus. Please send your resume, rates and some images of food you have prepared.
