Assistant Retreat Chef

I am a private chef scheduled to cater a retreat in Syracuse July 15 - 18, and would like to find an assistant chef to help me with unloading supplies, washing veggies, veggie and meal prep, serving and clean up. Not sure yet of the hours but trying to find someone local to Syracuse. Food is all plant-based/vegan and gluten free. Please send your resume, daily rate and some images of food you have prepared.
