Personal/Private Chef

Hello! We are seeking a chef for customized meal preparation two to three times a week.
The role involves preparing daily meals for lunch and dinner and delivering them to our home in Paramus, NJ a few times a week.


The meals must adhere to specific dietary guidelines, including:

  • Diabetes-friendly (low sugar, no refined carbs)

  • Low potassium

  • Low sodium

  • Predominantly plant-based, with chicken and fish occasionally

  • No red meat and egg yolks due to high cholesterol
