Chef David Bouley’s newest concept is looking for talented LINE COOK position. The Line Cook must manage station and communicate clearly with his/her managers and his/her teammates. At least one year in fine dining establishment. Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of work area and equipment throughout the shift in accordance with Health Department and restaurant standards. She/He ensures that all personnel and systems function efficiently to ensure guests are satisfied and maintains employee morale. Candidates must be passionate, organized, hard-working and self-motivated with strong communication skills. He/She must also have a strong desire to learn and grow.
